Class 2: The Cake Method Part one consisted of the biscuit method and sampling Pastry Chef Skylier's cheddar biscuits. Join us this time for the cake method. Cupcakes + muffins will be covered. Interactive class! You get to practice real techniques under the supervision and guidance of a professional Pastry Chef! Please bring your own P.P.E., as the City of Salem requires all individuals be masked indoors until further notice. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you for a fun evening!
