Zwanze Day 2021 at Colter Bay

We are humbled and honored to be hosting Zwanze Day 2021 at Colter Bay this year. This September 25th come drink once in a lifetime beers! The time has come again to celebrate Zwanze day here in Buffalo and this year we are proud to host it right here at Colter Bay! This is a huge honor for any beer bar around the world and we are humbled to be a part of this celebration. This Zwanze day is incredibly special due to what we have all gone through this past year. There will be 2 Zwanze beers to enjoy since we didn’t get to enjoy one last year: Zwanze 2020 is called La Brettrave, which is a blend of beetroot and lambic. This will be tapped at 2pm for a special cheers. Zwanze 2021 is called Parasol, which is a blend of different citrus fruits (80% orange, 15% kumquat & 5% cedar). Per usual, brewers at Cantillon used 300 grams of fruit per liter. This will be tapped at 3pm which is when all bars around the world will be raising a glass to this special occasion and celebration of life, love & beer. In addition to these two one off beers we will also be tapping the following at 11am: - Magic Lambic 2021 (Lambic w/ Raspberries, Blueberries & Vanilla) - Nath 2021 (Lambic w/ Rhubarb) - Camerise Lambic 2020 (Lambic w/ Honeyberries) - Lambic d’Aunis 2020 (Lambic w/ Pineau d’Aunis Grapes) - Menu Pineau 2020 (Lambic w/ Menu Pineau Grapes) This will be a closed event from 11am - 6pm for anyone who bought a ticket. Tickets are $50 and include a pour of both Zwanze day beers + a pour of Nath or Camerise as well as a commemorative, one of a kind glass. Limit of 4 tickets per person.
