Maintenance Technician - Position Available (Basin & Greybull Wyoming) We are willing to train someone that is interested in making a career in property management! An Industry Leader of Multifamily Housing has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for experienced Maintenance Technician at Big Horn Courts & Valley Homes Apartments. Our technicians need to have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and some janitorial assignments. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner's asset is our goal. General maintenance duties include: (Not all -encompassing) • Process and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner • Landscaping/Grounds maintenance. • Maintenance on all vacant units for rent readiness • Exterior lighting and security • Assisting in Monitor fire alarm system and maintain alarms as needed • On call for emergencies after business hours when needed • Property cleanliness • Assist Community Site Manager with property inspections Syringa Property Management, Inc. offers competitive compensation.
