Loving Lap Cat

I've had Oscar for three years and he is the perfect cat for the right person who has a lot of time to spend with him. He's as lovable as a dog, loves bellyrubs and butt scratches, will greet you at the door, sleep by you every night, a baby for treats, and he loveees to talk (very vocal). He loves cheesesticks, chicken, and a fresh water bowl. He's very patient, if kids or other scary things are around he is never aggressive, he'd rather just sleep under the bed. He loves to play with and cuddle other cats once introduced, does not like dogs. However, he needs a person with a lot of time to spend with him and a fairly regular schedule. If his person is gone alot or there's a lot of sudden change, he will act out by urinating on the rug/bed. Otherwise, he is not destructive, only when there is a lot of stress/change. Unfortunately I just can't provide him the stability he needs. He is big and healthy, and is between 6-7 years old. Oscar really deserves the best home, please give him one!! This is an urgent need as I am crunched for time.
