Description
Two sections of subfloor need repair. Each about 4 feet by 4 feet.
Two pieces of 5/8 or 1/2 inch of plywood fastened with (GRK) screws and 16d (galvanized ring shank) nails to joists. One day job.
Work to be done either Friday or Saturday.
IF you can handle this small job, there is more at the same location. You must prove you know what you are doing and have quality and pride in your work.
Other work will be:
Cabinet install (Finish carpentry)
Deck repair (with pressure treated lumber)
