Looking for Small Male Dog

I am looking to add a small breed male dog to our home. Does not have to be pure bred, but does need to be small. I cannot afford a large rehoming fee, no more than $150, as I will need to buy him a collar, toys, treats, and also vaccinations if they are not up to date. I have two other dogs and a cat so he needs to get along with both. Thanks in advance!
