Join us for an in-person soundbath at the beautiful Moon Sanctuary in Atwater Village, Los Angeles. We will be coming together at The Moon Sanctuary, a peaceful, tranquil place where you will be surrounded by crystals and immersed in a soothing sound bath and meditation on acceptance to offer the heart, mind and body a nurturing space to rest and be soothed.  The event will include an hour long sound bath followed by reflective journaling or drawing, a group exercise on acceptance followed by grounding tea. Please bring a journal or sketchbook and a yoga mat. The Moon Sanctuary has extra blankets, mats, and meditation cushions, but we encourage you to bring anything that will help bring additional ease and comfort (ex. a small pillow, eye mask, or a small blanket.). *Covid Protocol* Due to current pandemic conditions of Covid-19 and the delta variant, we will be following The California Department of Public Health guidelines for LA County, therefore we kindly ask all attendees be masked indoors and vaccinated against Covid-19. We will have all windows and doors open and very limited capacity of only a maximum of 8 participants due to Covid and space restrictions. We welcome all beings of all abilities. We are Forestkind.
