Looking to hire a subcontractor to snowplow commercial accounts. Most properties are located in Spokane, Spokane Valley and Airway Heights. You must have your own truck with snowplow blade and insurance. Or snow blower for the sidewalk accounts. INSURANCE REQUIRES - certificate of insurance that lists OUR COMPANY as an additional insured. The certificate needs to include COMMERCIAL General Liability, Auto Liability and $1 million limits and include the additional insured coverage form.
