Weekly Maintenance Position

Looking for someone who can spend approximately 8 hours a week doing maintenance work around two apartment buildings. One location is up north, with 2 buildings. The other location is on the south hill with 1 building. Duties would include but not limited to; pulling weeds, replacing light bulbs outside, picking up trash around the property, making sure the dumpster area is kept clean, snow shoveling & de-icing, etc. The main goal is to make sure it looks nice and clean around the properties. Other miscellaneous tasks will come along as well. Hourly rate starting at $20-30/HR. This position is very part time and not for someone looking for more hours.
