Therapeutic Yoga for Stress Management As we circle again toward the winter months, with the uncertainties that the season and pandemic bring, let's take a few moments to be together, in support of ourselves and one another, discovering and refining some tools that will help support self-regulation and calming of our own nervous systems. Join Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Melanie Noel, on a guided journey inward, practicing with a whole-body, whole-mind approach to Yoga. In this workshop, we will use our bodies as instruments in becoming aware of the present moment, slowing down our busy minds, giving ourselves the gift of profound presence, open awareness, and promoting personal growth and connection with Self. Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Yoga combines Yogic and Buddhist philosophies and practices, along with studies in Psychology and Neuroscience to support the whole person during practice. This practice welcomes all individuals with varied familiarity and abilities in physical activity and mindfulness. No prior experience is required.
