Strange as it sounds, most of us aren’t. If you’ve been thinking about losing weight, we’re starting a new weight loss program created by the doctors who wrote "The Full Plate Diet."
It is an eight-session group program that you’ll find quite different and refreshing. Not only will you learn how to enjoy a full plate and still lose weight but you’ll learn the 10 weight loss tools to keep the weight off for good.
This is not another diet or just another weight loss program, it is an incremental, small-step approach toward a healthy lifestyle. Some people prefer radical solutions, others an incremental, small steps approach. If you prefer the second option, this program is for you!
It does not focus first on what you eat, but on what you don't eat!
"Are You Eating Enough to Lose Weight?" is presented at the Salient Lifestyle Center on eight consecutive Wednesdays, 7 - 8 pm, starting September 15, by Dr. Ashwani Garg, M.D., a family medicine practitioner in Barrington, nutrition specialist, and certified lifestyle medical physician. Here are the books used in this program.
