Seeking anime artists for various art projects

Hello, I am looking for an artist that's good with anime and Marvel/DC Style creation of original characters. I also need someone capable of designing 2 tattoos based on similar characters to Biker Mice from Mars, ThunderCats, etc. I'm also looking for someone to create characters for band concert shirts with anime style, Marvel, and other cartoon-type characters. The selected Artist must be willing to sign a release to any rights of the artwork created upon to finalization of each project. Meetings will be scheduled at Herrick public library in Holland Michigan. You'll need to provide your phone number and I will contact you to schedule a day and time. Pay is $25 to $75 per art piece and paid upon final completion and signing of the release. The amount of pay will depend on the detail of each piece of artwork needed to complete each project. I have added some images so you have an idea of the styles of artwork I need. I have a limited budget, but I will gladly drive business opportunities and future projects to you.
