Dogleg Brewing Co. presents our 5-Club Rancho Cup Showdown at Rancho Carlsbad Golf Course We're back at it again with another golf tournament. Sunday, September 26th, we will be hosting our 1st Annual 5-Club Rancho Cup Show Down at Rancho Carlsbad Golf Course. Registration: $35 for Dogleg Beer Club Members* $40 for all other Players* *Registration includes 18 holes walking, 1 Dogleg Beer & Taco Tasting. Must be 21 years or older to register. Format: Two-Person Team Match Play Dogleg Brewing Company | RANCHO CUP @ Rancho Carlsbad Sunday, September 26 @ 10am For this tournament, you sign up as a 2-person team and you’ll be randomly assigned to The Red Division or the Blue Division for match play. HOW IT WORKS: You’ll be playing a match with a team from the opposing division. In match play, the lowest score on a hole wins that hole. The match is over when one side leads by more holes than there are left to play. SCORE KEEPING: Each team member will play their own ball the entire hole. Record the single best score between the two players on each hole. Mark down on the scorecard which Division won the hole or whether there is a tie. Once scorecards are turned in, the Dogleg Team will add up the points scored by each Division to determine a winner. To keep pace of play, the maximum score for each hole is a 6 (so pick up and move on if you score above that :-) Men’s & Women’s Tees: Men will play each hole from the White Tee Boxes, Women will play from Red Tee boxes.
