Join us for this first monthly installment of Somm Saturday with Certified Sommeiler Adam Arlen! Adam will be taking us through Napa Cabs! We are excited to introduce this 1st Saturday of-the-month event at Bin110, and even more excited to have a skilled and knowledgeable sommeiler like Adam Arlen as our instructor. Napa Cabernet Sauvigon is the most popular wine choice here at Bin110. That being said, there are nuances within the varietal that are distinct. Adam will be conducting a tasting/class highlighting the nuances between Mountain-Grown grapes vs. Valley Floor grapes. Seating is limited for this event, so be sure to grab your tickets!
