The activity will examine ideas and strategies to help build a stronger customer base. Do you believe that all you need is to have a good product for your business to grow? The pandemic has shifted the way potential clients are investing their time and funds. In light of reduced budgets, and often limited staffing, it’s our job to figure out how to have the consumer not only try our product, but also feel the service they received is worthy of them becoming a returning customer.
