We are looking for shingle roofers who want to make great money with consistent work tarping roofs in the New Orleans area as part of the Blue Roof Mission. The Blue Roof Mission is a FEMA program that pays for tarping the roofs of homes hit by a hurricane. Last year there was a mission in Lake Charles and over 10,000 roofs were tarped. This year's mission will be significantly larger. There will be at least 6 weeks of work tarping roofs, 7 days a week, 12+ hours a day. Good crews will make much more money than they do on shingle roofs. If you want consistent, high-paying work, this is a great opportunity. The pay is better than shingle installation, the work is every day, and our experienced crews have made a lot of money on these missions. Requirements: - Experienced steep slope roofing crews only - Must have be able to transport your crews and materials. Generally successful crews have a truck and small trailer - Must have some form of ID - Must have your own ladders, PPE, and tools.
