Swamplight made it out alive during hurricane Ida, but we still have some damage and we need your help. Hello Swamplight Families!! Swamplight Theatre, home of the Kay Butler Performing Arts Project, will be having a clean up day this Saturday 9/11 from 8-noon. So please grab your chainsaws, brooms, rakes, etc. and join us for a day of fun! The weather is supposed to be nice, too! We will have free lunch available at noon for anyone that shows up and who helps out. The Kay Butler Performing Arts Project is a newly formed, not-for-profit, education based performing arts organization and community theatre. It is inspired by the works of Kay Butler, and carried on by those who have benefited from the positive ways she has influenced them as a teacher, director or mentor.
