Join the Carbondale in the '80s and '90s Group on Saluki Row before the Homecoming game. The Carbondale in the '80s and '90s Group of the SIU Alumni Association will be hosting its 2021 Homecoming Tailgate, starting at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 16 on Saluki Row. Enjoy food, entertainment, beer and soft drinks as you reconnect with fellow alumni who were students at SIU Carbondale in the 1980s and 1990s. Alumnus Todd Thomas, "That One Guy" with the St. Louis Cardinals, will emcee the event. Tickets will only be sold through Eventbrite through October 8. Tickets will be sold at the door but at a premium price. NO REFUNDS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF EVENT CANCELLATION As the largest and oldest organization on campus, the SIU Alumni Association has been proudly serving SIU alumni and friends since 1896.  It seeks to engage alumni, students, and friends of the university by preserving SIU traditions, promoting pride in an SIU education, and facilitating opportunities for students and alumni to connect professionally.
