Along with using Hatha yoga poses, Kundalini uses breath work exercises to activate our Prana life force energy. We also use mantras for vibrating sounds during meditations. These sounds vibrate high frequencies which assist with lifting our energy up into a higher radiance. These postpartum classes are great for new moms and advanced moms alike! They not only allow women to harness & retain their energy up into higher frequencies but also help rebuild their physical body from pregnancy. During class we will focus on grounding our root chakra and building our core strength while raising our Kundalini, life-force energy. This is the fountain of life. Meditations and mantras are mixed into the class practices. All classes are designed with the individual in mind. Postpartum moms are also encouraged to join -- and bring that baby!
