Commercial Property: Maintenance/Repair Tech needed in Mesa. If you have tools and know how to fix things and want a long term, nice place to work than we have the perfect job for you! Must be mechanically inclined and have a strong working knowledge for general mechanics to apply. Experience with maintenance repair, diagnosis and troubleshooting. Must have at least one year of experience in a maintenance related field. Must be handy enough to get tough jobs done with no supervision. Must have own tools. We provide some equipment. Daily responsibilities include tasks include cleaning (4) 2-stall restrooms, trash removal and walking grounds. Responsibilities include performing small electrical (change light ballast or fixture) and plumbing repairs (fix sprinklers), paint and drywall repair, maintaining exterior appearance and landscaping. Tenant service requests may include: Lights out, ceiling tiles, light ballast, change thermostat and/or troubleshooting. You will preform work orders within tenant occupied suites. The maintenance tech position is a physically strenuous and requires the ability to walk, stand, lift, bend, climb, pull and kneel as needed. Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 12:00 noon 30-32 hours weekly. Start as 1099 independent contractor (taxes not withheld) for 60 days. Excellent opportunity for long term employment for the right handy individual.
