Hatha Yoga + Acupuncture: Join Stacy B. for a Hatha approach to Yoga in this 45 min class designed for all levels. Hatha yoga slows down your practice and focuses on static posture holds combined with breath work. Class will conclude with a 30 minute Acupuncture treatment and guided meditation.
