SHREWSBURY, MA — The Department of Public works needs to update its records, and it wants to reward residents for helping them do so. If residents follow three steps, they will be entered into a drawing. The three steps need to be completed by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 30. All contestants will be entered into a lottery for 10 prizes. Two grand prize winners will receive 10 rolls of larger PAY-T bags and 10 rolls of small PAY-T bags. A total value of $167.50.
