Marta focus on helping you identify and take steps that integrate your values into your life. She works to create a safe, warm, and empathetic environment where you can begin the healing process. Jenny Midence-Blaszczyk, MS Jenny works with individuals and families that have a history of struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and substance abuse, relationships, and major life transitions. As a trauma-informed therapist, when work with Jenny, the hope is to learn and re-discover your innate ability to create what you want despite the cards life sometimes deals us. A Better Life Therapy, LLC is passionate about helping people develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others. Since 2013, our therapists have brought passion to every workshop, training, and session. We love supporting groups, individuals, families, and couples find their own unique path towards mental wellness. We also supervise, train, and support therapists to do the important work that they do.
