NEW ROCHELLE, NY — An investigation at a New Rochelle massage parlor has resulted in two prostitution arrests, according to New Rochelle police.
On Thursday, detectives wrapped up an investigation into prostitution occurring at the Green Rivage Spa on Main Street in New Rochelle. Investigators arrested two women working at the business, which is self-described as a "table shower and Asian massage parlor," and charged them with prostitution, a misdemeanor.
The women, identified as 41-year-old Yung Ling Xu of Queens and 69-year-old Sun Mi Hong of Brooklyn, were also each charged with practicing massage without a license, a felony.
The spa's website describes services offered, which include a "full body rub and more fun!!!" The Rivage also promises a "highly trained 1ooo% young staff"and late night hours.
