Busy real estate firm needs property photographer to take pictures of properties for listings. The job is simple, you show up to a potential listing and take anywhere from 15-30 pictures of said property and get paid immediately after. Pay is $50 per listing in the Atlanta area or $75 for the greater Atlanta area. --Must be professional and courteous as you would be interacting with the property owner/seller. --Must have the excellent time management skills and a great navigational knowledge of the Atlanta/Greater Atlanta area. --Must be available on short notice. --Must have a smartphone or camera and the ability to upload pictures into Dropbox. --Must have CashApp --Must be clean and neat in appearance. --If you do not have semi-casual clothing then do not bother replying (it doesn't have to be super professional but you WILL be interacting with sellers, so clothing must be at least semi-casual. (Ex. form fitting jeans, sneakers and a fitting polo shirt, NO hats) --Must have a valid driver's license, with proof of insurance. --A background check will be done and must be clean. Nothing felonious will be accepted. (Marijuana possession charges are an exception.) --These gigs are random, so do not expect a full schedule of work. That's why this is under the gigs tab and NOT jobs. **Sellers will be surveyed on your interaction IMMEDIATELY after, so professionalism, a groomed appearance and the ability to be on time is a must or you will NOT be called again.** Atlanta area would be $50 Greater Atlanta areas would be $75
