Got a 24-30’ extension ladder? And electrician skills?

I am looking for an electrician or handyman with a 24-30’ extension ladder and some good electrical skills to come to my home tomorrow (Friday 9/10) before 3pm to hang/install a light fixture on a palm tree. I have the light fixture, low-voltage transformer, wire, instructions, and palm tree ;-) And there is already an electric outlet near the tree.
