Our fully licensed and insured moving company with over 14 years in the industry is currently hiring experienced Drivers / Lead Movers to join our stellar team. As a result of our stellar work, we make amazing tips, often bringing our hourly pay to upwards of $50/hr. Join the team and grow with us! Experience required: We are seeking reliable, on time, professional drivers with at least 2 years of driving & moving experience. You will be the Driver and Lead Mover of the team, with duties including but not limited to: Customer satisfaction Time & team management Wrapping items safely Damage control Packing/Loading moving truck Driving Unloading moving truck End of day inventory Positions open for hire: - Driver / Lead Mover - Must have a great driving record. We pull records from the DMV before we approve you on our insurance. No DUI's or excessive violations. - Experienced movers: - *Not hiring movers at this time* Availability: - Part-time with potential of full-time You: - Hard working - Reliable and on time - Dependable transportation to dispatch locations throughout the Bay Area. - Able to take direction and adapt to our methods. - Strong, in shape, no injuries, and able to lift heavy boxes and furniture (50-150 lbs) for a full work day or more (8 hours) - Professional, 100% sober at work, team-player, positive attitude and ‘no-quit’ attitude - No cigarette smoking / vaping / cell phone use while on the job or in the truck. - Practice all Covid precautions according to county guidelines and ok with wearing a mask at all times during work, including in the truck during driving time. We take community safety seriously The first couple jobs will be a test run, and after that you will need to be on the books. This is a hired W2 Employee position with a fully licensed and insured Moving Company. You will be required to pass a background check (not immediate means for disqualification) and submit form I-9 Compensation - Driver / Lead Mover: Pay starts at $25 per hour + tips for all new hires and will adjust depending on experience after a few successful moves. For Driver / Lead Mover positions there will be quick raises after successful moves are completed depending on performance and safety. We will start out with a few jobs to see if you are a good fit with our company. Typically all jobs / days provide a 3 hour minimum pay + tips split equally amongst crew.
