Keystone Yards Landscaping - General Laborer

Jobs

Petaluma CA

Description

Keystone Yards is an outdoor remodeling company. We build decks, fences, pergolas, interlocking pavers, synthetic turf, landscaping, outdoor kitchens, exterior lighting, retaining walls, fire pits walkways, driveways, etc. Keystone Yards is currently looking to hire for the position of General Laborer. The ideal candidate will possess skills in carpentry, landscaping and/or masonry. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they show other important skills, such as communication, reliability, willingness to learn and an attention to detail. The work is full-time, 8 hours per day Monday through Friday. There will always be opportunities to work overtime during the week and on Saturdays, but it is not required- only encouraged. There are six paid holidays per year (memorial day, 4th of July, labor day, thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day). The starting rate is between $18-$22 per hours, but if a candidate can show substantial experience in carpentry, landscaping and/or masonry then we are open to discussing an increased starting rate. To start, the position is for a general laborer, but we are constantly growing and we hope that people who start as a general laborer can become a foreman with one year, and that comes with a substantial increase in pay. Must have own transportation to and from the job site every day. Most of our projects are in Sonoma county and Marin County, but we do occasionally get a project in Napa county. Must be willing to go to the job site regardless of where it is. If interested in the position, please send an email or call Owen Lynn and tell him about your past work experience. We are looking to hire someone within the next few weeks, so must be willing to start work before the end of September. Multiple general laborer positions available, so everyone is encouraged to apply. www.keystoneyards.com
