Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale, resort-style community, is hiring for Front Desk/Health & Wellness Attendants for our Center for Well Being. The Center for Well Being is a private, members-only center that offers an indoor pool, group fitness classes, fitness center, personal training, and our very own Tranquility Spa that offers massage and facials. Pay rate is $17 per hour Full-time and part-time needed. The Club is open 5:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday – Friday, 7:00 – 8:00 pm Saturdays, and 7:00-7:00 pm Sundays. All shifts available. Job Summary We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, preferably with spa or fitness experience, however, willing to train the right person. Our ideal candidate has experience with phones and reservations, enjoys providing excellent service to guests, has a strong interest in the health and wellness lifestyle, has great communication skills, and is a team player. Responsibilities and Duties: *Greet members as they check-in for classes and services *Escort members to Spa locker rooms for their scheduled appointments. *Accurately taking reservation requests, rescheduled, and cancellations. *Answering phone calls and replying to emails *Providing guests 5- star service and gracious interactions *Provide information on our services and promotions *Team player with a willingness to learn and promote our services. *Other duties as needed.
