Condominium Community searching for experienced On-Site Maintenance Technician/Porter to work closely with our current property management company. The Maintenance Technician will be the point of contact for contracted service providers, assist with owner/tenant move-ins/outs, maintain the key fob, call box and security camera systems, basic grounds maintenance, trash/compactor duties, conduct property inspections for maintenance issues, report any resident complaints or disturbances to the Property Management Company in a timely manner, attend Board meetings when requested. and misc. other duties as assigned. Must have reliable transportation, excellent communication skills, and able to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis. Please include a cover letter and resume to apply.
