Full Job Description Job Description Denali Group is a moving company seeking drivers, packers, and movers for immediate hire! We are in need of people who are hardworking, energetic with a positive attitude to join our team. Essential Job Functions & Duties: Check in with the operations manager daily Perform daily driver’s vehicle inspection/maintenance Make sure material is loaded on truck before leaving to job site Go over the mechanics of the move with team before starting the job Assists in solving problems and addressing customer needs Prepare, stack household goods for transport/shipment Pack/unpack shipments according to company regulations Make sure containers/crates are prepared, marked, and damage free Prepare inventory, provide accurate/detailed documentation Load/unload household items and secure with security seals Measure and weigh items according to regulation Maintain/organize trucks and supplies Maintain customer relationships Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Extra pay if willing to travel for overnight jobs etc. Good communication skills with customers and operations Positive attitude and sound work ethic Military base access a plus We do not test for marijuana for non-driving positions Working Conditions: Indoors, outdoors in all weather conditions Must lift up to 75 lbs. standing for long periods of time Frequent squatting lifting and bending Frequent use of stairs Wear company uniform Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability Year round work Supplemental Pay: Tips Application Question(s): Can You Access Military Base? or have a clean record with an enhanced Drivers Lic.
