1UP is looking for someone to LEAD our Warehouse Department as our Warehouse Manager. Our Warehouse Manager oversees 1UP’s warehouse and the incredible 1UPers that make it run, playing a critical role in the day to day operations of our company. On the surface, we’re just a flooring company that puts new flooring in Apartments (not the general public/residential). In reality, 1UP is an organization of like-minded social misfits who have committed to the shared goal of being an example for other businesses, inside and outside our industry. The job has periods of physical demand. You’ll need to be able to repeatedly lift/move stuff that weighs around 50lbs. -Eye for details. They say “the devil is in the details”...and they would be right. That’s why you pay close attention to them, so they don’t get outta hand. -Reliability. Your friends and family count on you to do what’s expected without excuses. We will too. -Valid Drivers License and Insurance. We’ll send you to pick up more flooring stuff from time to time.
