Come join our exciting and dedicated team of property management maintenance professionals! Full time Day Porter/Groundskeeper Position available in Lacey Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Ensure all interior and exterior areas of property are litter free, clean and presentable -Keep sidewalks and entryways free of snow and ice whenever necessary & pressure wash -Complete and document service requests in a thorough, timely manner -Identify and report building deficiencies or needs to supervisor -Inspect common areas and buildings to monitor the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, attractiveness, and safety of the property -Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor -Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submit as required and on a timely basis -Maintain courteous helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. -Ensure each assigned work order request is completed on a timely basis; request assistance as needed; report all problems, delays, etc. -Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently, and maintains a clean, safe, well organized work area and ensures an adequate inventory supply -Adhere to Fair Housing policies -Deliver service with positive, customer focused behavior and teams with co-workers to complete assignments -Performs other job duties as assigned Candidates must have the following: -Reliable transportation, ability to haul trash and large items to dump -The ability to pass a background check -Valid Washington State Driver's License -HS diploma or GED -Excellent communication skills Candidates MUST provide a resume to be considered.
