400+ unit apartment community has an immediate opening for painter/maintenance technician. Main position is for a painter to paint vacant units. Some maintenace knowledge preferred as this position requires to help maintenance as needed as well taking turns for rotating on-call emergency maintenance duty. Some heavy lifting from time to time required. Full Time, Monday-Friday with med/dental/vision benefits after probation period. Respond with your contact info and/or resume.
