We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in Seatac & Des Moines This position will require reliable transportation and automobile insurance as you will be required to use your vehicle to travel to different sites. Our ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of apartment community experience. Responsible for the proper repair & upkeep of the apartments, buildings, common areas, completion of work orders and restoration of vacant units. Skills in the following areas desired: Plumbing Carpentry Flooring Painting Appliance repair & installation Drivers License and reliable vehicle required.
