Every new team member will receive continual on the job training so experience is not required for entry level positions. Qualifications: Positive and team oriented attitude Effective communicator with guests and teammates Customer service skills Strong work ethic The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Courtesy Technicians: Greet our customers in a friendly professional manner. Pull the vehicle in for service, vacuum the vehicle’s interior, wash the exterior windows and check the vehicle’s tire pressure. Hood Technicians: Check and top off all vehicle vital fluids under the hood, review the vehicle’s manufacturer’s recommendations with every customer, and keep the customer’s cars moving through our doors in a quickly-timed manner. Pit Technicians: Work under the vehicle to drain the oil, change the oil filter, lube the chassis and check all the vital gear box fluids.
