Streamline Preservation is looking for experienced contractors who complete Property Preservation & REO services. Must already have HUD Locks/Keys. Must understand to take before, during, and after photos for proof of completed work. Must be able to supply detailed bids with dimensions where applicable. Experience, Reliability, and Communication is a Must! We are currently looking for contractors in the following counties: Banks Clarke Elbert Franklin Greene Habersham Hart Jasper Lincoln Madison Morgan Newton Oconee Oglethorpe Putnam Rabun Stephens Taliaferro Towns Wilkes Barrow Clarke Clayton Cobb Dekalb Douglas Fayette Forsyth Fulton Gwinnett Hall Henry Jackson Newton Rockdale Walton ***WEEKLY PAY *** Duties include but are not limited to: Grass cuts Tree trimming/Landscape Debris removal (Interior/exterior) Winterizations Lock changes Window boarding Pool Securing Fence repair Snow removal Mold Roofing Drywall Plumbing Cleaning/janitorial/maid services Bidding on any items that need servicing Job Requirements: Driver's License Insurance Familiar with HUD and have HUD Keys Must own a truck w/trailer Generator Ladder Mower/Edger/Blower Tools Smart phone Home Computer or Laptop Printer Scanner GPS for locating properties Good Attention to detail to report any damages and bid on any outstanding work necessary Excellent Communication
