Hello I am looking to get a bid for a new TPO on a low-pitch roof. Licensed and insured contractors only please! Details: - Single-level slab-on-grade block home - Roof size = 1,200 sq/ft approx - Tear-off existing aluminum soffit and facia (approx 200 linear feet) - Replace 2x8 facia board as needed at $XX per foot. - Replace any damaged rafter tails at $XX each - Full tear-off of one layer of rolled asphalt roofing - Replace any damaged/soft roof sheathing at $XX per sheet - Provide and install new TPO vents and boots - Provide and install new fully adhered white TPO roof - Provide and install new oversized drip edge - Provide and install new white QE TruBead JET 45 Vented Aluminum Sofit and Smooth Facia - Provide and install new white seamless gutters and downspouts Additional work and/or accommodation with another contractor: - Inspect, retrofit and certify wind mitigation straps while soft and facia is off.
