MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Tuesday morning's motorcycle crash in Trenton has claimed another life, police said. One person was killed, and another critically injured when the driver for a slingshot motorcycle lost control of the vehicle and struck a barrier on Passaic Court, which ejected and sent the passenger into Delaware Canal. The passenger was pronounced dead on the spot and the driver who was critically injured was taken to a local hospital. Trenton residents Michael James, 42, succumbed to his injuries, and passenger Kevin Kelley, 41, was pronounced dead on the spot, police said. Investigation into the incident is currently underway with the police pulling video footage to aid in the investigation, a spokesperson from the police department said. Thank you for reading.
