GROUNDSKEEPER / PORTER Real Estate -- Apartment Management - Maintenance A National Property Management Company is seeking an immediate position for Groundskeeper / Porter for our beautiful apartment community located in Vacaville. Position Overview - Groundskeepers/Porters, under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, are responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas. Job Duties: • Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building • Trash removal and operation of trash compactor • Assisting in the preparation of vacant units • Cleaning property common areas • Care for property owned maintenance equipment Requirements for Groundskeeper/Porter: • Highschool Diploma or equivalent • Full time position • Prior Maintenance/Janitorial experience preferred • Team player • Self motivated - independent worker Benefits: • 401k Plan • Health, Dental and Life Insurance • Paid Vacation • Participation in bonus program EOE Apply Now:
