Please help two mixbreed sisters

Hi, I am trying to help a friend of mine find a new forever home for her two dogs. The two are sisters and they have all their shots, house broken, and spayed. Her landlord up and decided to sell the home she has been renting and with no luck on finding a pet friendly place quickly enough, she is stick in an apartment where the dogs are not allowed. Neighbors have already tattled about the dogs and her and her two boys are great broken to have to regime these girls. They are both friendly, sweet dogs that are good with kids. I am posting and trying to help her find a home for them so they do not get stuck putting the dogs in a shelter where they would no longer be together even though they have not ever been apart.
