Found dog. Appears to be a Chihuahua or perhaps mini pinscher. I will check for a microchip tomorrow (Sept. 10th). If this dog is yours, please contact me with photos so I can verify you are the right person. I am deliberately withholding some details about the dog for its own safety. I plan to foster the dog until its family is found. It is safe and well cared-for. I am posting across social media and submitting Found Dog reports.
