Job Store Staffing is seeking a Powder Coat Painter for a tech company in the Louisville area. This is a great temp to hire opportunity to work for a company that provides amazing benefits once hired on. The company is willing to train candidates with an aptitude for detail. Hours: Monday through Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm Pay: $17.00/hr Responsibilities for Powder Coat Painter: Ensures product quality meets standards by frequently checking work Maintenance of the spray gun parts and booths according to instructions Cleaning and keeping work area tidy including basic maintenance of machine/tools Maintains expected productivity output levels and completes assignments as scheduled Requirements for Powder Coat Painter: Follow instructions in the preparation of products prior to powder coating Use powder coating ovens to cure powder coated products. Experienced in powder coating products in a spray booth according to specifications preferred Basic computer skills Must be ok working in a hot environment Adaptability – Being open to and actively solicit new ideas and opinions
