REDONDO BEACH, CA — Several beaches in Los Angeles County remain under ocean water use warning Thursday, including Redondo Beach, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health officials said.
People are urged to be careful before playing or swimming in the ocean at the following beaches:
Redondo Beach at Sapphire StreetInner Cabrillo Beach in San PedroMother's Beach in Marina Del ReySanta Monica Pier in Santa Monica "The warning has been issued due to bacterial levels exceeding health standards when last tested," public health officials said.
Warnings were lifted Thursday for the following beaches:
Ballona Creek at Dockweiler State Beach (near Dockweiler Tower 40)Malibu Lagoon at Surfrider Beach Patch reached out to public health officials for additional information about the ongoing water use warnings.
