loveable cat needs a new home

I have a 1 1/2 year old white and grey male cat looking for a new home. My landlord is changing his stance on pets due to another tenants pets destroying a unit. He is very lovable and has his vaccines. I have the paperwork. I’m asking 60 dollars because he will come with cat tree,litter box, food and water bowl, and cat carrier. He is good with kids. I haven’t had him around other pets so I’m not sure how that would go. Looking to rehome ASAP
