Young bearded dragon with everything you need!!

Hello I have a bearded dragon that is about 4 to 5 months old. He is super cool and eats well. He comes with everything shown in the pictures which is everything in the morning. Is a 40 gallon tank as well so you really want to even need to upgrade at all. He is super cool but my kids just don't help with him at all anymore and I already have way too much going on and try to give him the attention he deserves but at this point he deserves way better. And I believe my cat stresses him out because she sleeps on top of his cage. If anyone is interested I am asking a rehoming fee of $200. Just know this isn't close to what I spent on all the things he has and himself. I live near Havana and Alameda.
