Weaver Realty & Management, Inc is a property management company in Tinley Park, IL. We manage condominium & townhome associations in the Chicagoland area and are seeking a full-time licensed property manager to oversee multiple properties.Property management experience is required.Responsibilities:- Assist the Board of Directors in maintaining their property- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes & attend Board meetings- Resolve owner concerns & maintenance issues- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations- Provide exceptional customer service- Performs "on-call" services, as assigned- Other duties as assignedQualifications:- Previous experience in property management - Ability to build rapport with owners- Ability to multitask and prioritize- Excellent conflict-resolution skills along with written, verbal communication & organizational skills
