ROYAL OAK TOWNSHIP, MI — Michigan State Police arrested two teenagers for connection to a parking lot shooting at the Tri-County Education Center in Royal Oak Township on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said they were called to the school parking lot at 2:30 p.m. and determined the shooting was a dispute between two groups of teenagers.
During the interviews, police said several teenagers wanted to gain-up and fight the suspect in the school parking lot.
Once they began to surround him, the suspect pulled out a knife and the teens starting backing away, police said.
Then the suspect and his friend went back home and returned with a gun and started firing shots into the ground, police said.

Police said there were no injuries and there's no danger to the public.
Police have identified other suspects and are working on picking them up, as well as securing search warrants.
