CALABASAS, CA — A power outage on Wednesday affected more than 11,000 people near Calabasas, Southern California Edison said. The outage started around 8 p.m., and all power is restored now. SCE identified the cause as an equipment failure at a substation near Calabasas Lake, and there is no indication that the failure was related to the recent heat.
