Korean War Vet's Family Request

The Family of Phillip Hoogacker is requesting someone local to visit the Korean War Memorial to take a picture of his name on the wall. After 71 years MIA he was identified in April of this year. This has given the Family closer. A lanyard has now been placed next to his name but the family lives in Georgia and Wisconsin and are not able to get to the memorial. Any Help would be appreciated...
